Set up the session

The page introduction and instructions are available here. Account information, messages, saving notes, and interactive tools require JavaScript.

Choose the approach, the role you will take, and the time you would like to allow. Your practice focus can come from a guide or from a question of your own. Make it specific enough that your partner can give useful feedback about what happened.

You can add your own meeting link when you are practicing online. The call takes place through that service; Three Sides provides the material and tools you use alongside it.

First time using Meet or Zoom?
  1. One partner hosts the call. Open Google Meet and choose New meeting → Create a meeting for later, or schedule a Zoom meeting. Sign in to your own Google or Zoom account there.
  2. Copy the meeting’s join link, paste it below, and share that same link with your partner. Saving here does not send an invitation.
  3. At your agreed time, both partners open the link. Allow camera/microphone access if you want to use them; the host may need to admit the other person. Keep the call open beside Three Sides and start the practice timer when you are both ready.

Google Meet instructions · Zoom instructions. The call runs through the provider you choose and is subject to that provider’s account limits. Three Sides does not record it.
